What happens if I can't accept my order?
If you are unavailable when your order arrives, the delivery agent will contact you on your registered mobile number to reschedule your delivery.
What if an item is missing from my order?
In case the product is missing from your package, please send us an email to info@hanaverde.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment attempt failed, we recommend the following:

- Check your internet connection: A weak or unstable internet connection can interrupt the payment process. Try again with a stable internet connection to see if that resolves the issue.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Refunds depend on your payment method. We offer refunds for prepaid orders (T&Cs applied) but not for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
